How to order Shandannas
Once you have chosen your pattern(s) and know your pets size(s) please contact us to place your order. Please specify a second pattern choice as well in case your first pattern choice is out of stock or sold out. Don't forget to quote the material codes when you order.
Sizes are as follows:
SMALL - 12 inches around neck
MEDIUM - 14 inches around neck
LARGE - 16 inches around neck
X-LARGE - 18 inches around neck
To determine the size your pet needs measure your pets neck and add two inches for comfort. Shandannas size would be the same as your pets collar size.
If your pets neck is larger than 18 inches don't worry. Contact us with the size they need and we will create a special order Shandanna for them.
Payment
If ordering by e-mail, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you clarifying and confirming your order. Once you have received that you can send your payment. Another e-mail will be sent notifying you when we receive the payment. Shandannas will be shipped out promptly when payment is received. When ordering by regular mail (address on contact page) please include payment with your order.
At this time Shandannas only accepts paypal (shandannas@yahoo.com), cheques (UK only), and postal orders in GBP£ pounds sterling made payable to Shannon Brewer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Shandannas are also for sale on Ebay. We are happy to accept the above payment methods for Ebay purchases also.

Special order pricing is determined according to the size needed.
If you are ordering within the UK, please add £1.00 for each item to your total order for shipping and handling. Anywhere outside of the UK, please pay by paypal (shandannas@yahoo.com) or send a money order in GBP£ sterling for your total order plus £2.50 for each item for shipping and handling. If buying more than one item a postage discount will be applied. Thank you.
